Warehouse Operations Manager (30 hours/week, Monday-Friday daytime hours)


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and retail to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and inspecting merchandise, writing product descriptions and features for our website, handling damage claims with vendors, providing exceptional customer service for e-commerce inquiries and returns, and assisting with inventory counts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the growth of our online retail business.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately receive and inspect merchandise
• Write compelling descriptions and features for products on our website
• Process damage claims with vendors
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing e-commerce inquiries and assisting with returns.
• Assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and support efficient operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and Google Chrome.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Canva or other graphic design software.
• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Retail experience, particularly in an e-commerce setting.

Job Title: Boutique Sales Associate (15+ hours/week, evenings & Saturdays may be required)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Boutique Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers to the boutique and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their preferences, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including fabrics, designs, and sizes.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing the POS system.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing boutique environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion-related environment.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Experience with visual merchandising and creating appealing displays.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our boutique's social media presence and creating engaging content to promote our brand. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to serve as a model for our fashion products, showcasing the latest trends and styles. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent photography skills, and a strong understanding of social media platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Social Media:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance the boutique's online presence and increase brand awareness.
• Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and TikTok that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
• Curate and schedule regular posts, incorporating product promotions, fashion inspiration, behind-the-scenes content, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Modeling:
• Serve as a model for our boutique's fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and footwear.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring high-quality images that showcase the products in their best light.
• Pose and style outfits in a way that highlights their unique features and appeals to our target audience.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during photoshoots, showcasing versatility and adaptability to different styles and themes.
• Follow brand guidelines and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual representation of the boutique's products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong passion for fashion and an eye for style trends.
• Excellent photography and photo editing skills, with experience using Lightroom.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of social media best practices, including content creation, engagement strategies, and community management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media channels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in front of the camera with the ability to pose and showcase products confidently.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in social media management or content creation.
• Knowledge of fashion and beauty industry influencers and emerging trends.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance.
